Morrison Tire Inc. - Garden Grove Auto Repair at 12045 Valley View Street, Garden Grove, California.

Staff were very polite and I enjoyed speaking with them during my visit.

However, my land rover decided it was time to start stalling. Just so happened to do it close to morrison tire/Goodyear. I managed to get the vehicle over to them and we went through the paper work.

I signed my life away (the inspection paperwork) expecting for the suv to be checked and find out what was wrong then have the suv fixed applying said fees to repair.

Now the fun. Nobody on the first day knew enough about land rovers to check the vehicle out. The very nice young man called to let me know the expert on land rover works on Tuesday. I agreed the vehicle really needed addressing so we agreed to keep it over night.

Now second day comes and I don't hear anything. In the afternoon I call morrison tire and the guy that answers the phone said I need to come pick it up and take it to land rover as they would need to figure it out as it (* paraphrasing but how it resonated in my head*) and was over what the guy I gave an extra day to repair could figure out.

Sadly this is later in the day so no way I could get my vehicle since they close at 5. So on the third day without my vehicle not being worked on my wife picks up the key and is charged the agreed upon $125 that was going to go into fixing my vehicle. She was blown away that we just got charged for losing or vehicle for three days, three days of not being any closer to our car being repaired and $125 lighter in the wallet for it.

I basically paid money for something that the shop was obviously not equipped to do.

To be fair, if my regular mechanic (not a land rover guy either) comes back at me with similar story that it's unexplainable and he can't fix it neither, like morrison provided, I will come back and update this review.

As of now, this review goes against every other review on here. That is why I took the chance on morrison tire instead of towing the vehicle. Good reviews before this and my suv broke down in right place. Seemed like a perfect match that just wasn't.
